Marco is founder of the law firm and lawyer since 2003, with an in-depth experience in corporate law, specially concerning sale and purchase of stakeholdings. 

He provides assistance in the incorporation process of companies and consortia, in the planning and analyses of pre-contractual activities, in their negotiation and in the drafting of the necessary documents and contracts. In bankruptcy procedures, he acted as insolvency lawyer and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development appointed him as Special Commissioner in several compulsory liquidation procedures.

In civil law disputes, Marco supports each client in every critical step or litigation arising – in business and personal relationships – especially if deriving from insolvency procedures, service/supply/lease agreements, industrial or transport law. He assisted several small and medium-sized enterprises in arbitration disputes.

Since 2004 he permanently cooperates with the Faculty of Economics of Rome University L.U.I.S.S. “Guido Carli”, for the Course of Civil Law.
