Matteo Ghisalberti

Founder of the firm and lawyer since 2001, he started his career working with Professor Gianfranco Graziadei whose firm he became partner in 2004. 

Having acquired a sound expertise in the field of bank, financial and bankruptcy law, he often dealt with the problems typical of bank/customer relationship and in particular with the controversies aroused by corporate customers and small savers.

Since 2013, Matteo acts as “Lawyer” in the Small Savers Protection Legal Clinic – a course of the “Department of Law” of Roma Tre University.

Matteo was professor of Banking and Financial Law and Advanced Corporate Law at the Law Department of Luiss “Guido Carli” University of Rome and professor of Banking and Financial Law for the Master in Corporate Law at the Luiss Business School.

He is author of various publications in corporate and banking law.
