Pietro Pozzaglia

Roma, 1974

Member of the Bar of Rome since 2003, Pietro has a solid and significant experience in labour law and social security law, assisting small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational companies and publicly owned companies.

He is professor of Labour Law at the “School of specialization for the legal professions” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” where he is also lecturer at the Master’s Course in Labour, Trade Unions and Social Security of the Faculty of Law. 

In 2020 he has been  appointed associate professor at Faculty of Law of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

Member of the Editorial Committee of the “Massimario di Giurisprudenza del lavoro”, he has been a lecturer in labour law in several universities and public institutions. Pietro is the author of several articles, notes to judgments, encyclopedic voices and of the monograph “The rarefaction of strikes in trade union pluralism”, Giappichelli, Torino, 2012.
